2012 Pre-Show Dinner & Backstage Tour
PRE-SHOW DINNER
Enjoy a delicious pre-show buffet dinner before our amphitheatre Broadway shows. Dinner starts two hours before showtime.
Adults - $12.50 Children - $9.50 Price includes dinner, beverage, dessert, tax and gratuity. Reservations required.
BACKSTAGE TOUR
Enjoy a special VIP guided tour of Tuacahn’s back stage and production areas each evening before our amphitheatre Broadway shows. Tour starts two and a half hours before showtime.

Valet Parking
Tuacahn offers convenient and affordable valet parking during all of our professional Broadway shows. Valet parking is $5.00 per car. Save time by purchasing valet parking as a part of your ticket purchase or you can pay directly to the valet parking attendant.
Pricing Information & Discounts
Children under three are not permitted in the Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Children under five are not permitted in the Hafen Theatre at Tuacahn or for Tuacahn productions in the Cox Auditorium at Dixie College. Select concerts in the Amphitheatre will have different age restrictions.
Children’s pricing applies through 12 years old. Children’s discounts do not apply in the Premium VIP and area 1 seating areas in the Tuacahn Amphitheatre or for any Hafen Theatre performance.
Discount levels are subject to change, modification or deletion at any time for any reason. Tuacahn reserves the right to restrict, change the criteria, or eliminate discounts based on market demand and when a performance is expected to sell out. Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts are only guaranteed when a ticket is purchased for a specific performance on a specific date.
SENIOR DISCOUNT
Seniors (age 62 and over) receive a $3.00 per ticket discount on Broadway shows in seating areas one, two and three. Government issued ID showing proof of age is required.
AAA DISCOUNT
Members of the American Automobile Association (AAA) receive a $3.00 per ticket discount on Broadway shows in seating areas one, two and three. A valid AAA membership card is required.
MILITARY DISCOUNT
Available for those with a valid government issued active duty or retired military ID card. Limit of six tickets per military ID card. Discount is valid on Broadway shows. Applicable to seating areas one, two and three for Monday through Thursday performances and for seating areas two and three on Friday and Saturday performances. Not offered during the first and last week of any performance.
LOCAL RESIDENT DISCOUNT
Available for residents living in Washington, Iron or Kane County with a government issued ID card showing proof of residency. Available for Monday through Thursday amphitheatre performances between July 1 and September 15 in seating areas two and three. Available for all performances in the Hafen Theatre. Available for Wednesday and Thursday performances of White Christmas.
GROUPS
Special discounts apply to groups of 25 or more attending one of our professional Broadway shows. A deposit is required for all group bookings and final payment is required at least 60 days before the performance. HANDLING AND TICKET DELIVERY FEES
All ticket order are subject to handling fees of $5.00 per event booked in each order. Handling fee is NOT per ticket. There is no delivery charge to have tickets delivered via our email “Print at Home” ticketing option. There is a $2.00 per order charge to have tickets mailed or picked up in will call.
TICKET REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Tickets for concerts and special events are not exchangeable.
Tickets for Tuacahn’s professional Broadway shows (such as Disney’s Aladdin, Hairspray, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and White Christmas) may be exchanged with at least 24 hours advance notice, as follows:
Immediate exchange for another performance of the same Broadway show -- $5.00 per ticket at the time of request.
Exchange credit for another show or performance in the same season -- $7.00 per ticket at the time of request.
All tickets (including exchanged tickets) are valid only during the season of the original tickets. Original and exchanged tickets, as well as vouchers, may not be carried over to future seasons.
Ticket Policies
Inclement Weather:
If conditions make it unsafe to start or continue a performance, Tuacahn will hold the show for approximately 20-30 minutes, at which time the conditions will be re-evaluated. Some events may continue in the rain. Events are never cancelled in advance as weather conditions change quickly.
Disney’s Aladdin and Hairspray – If a performance is cancelled prior to intermission and you are unable to return for another performance, you may receive a full refund. There are no refunds for performances cancelled during or after intermission. However, if a show is cancelled during or after intermission, you may receive a voucher to see the same show during the same season. Customers with Monday through Thursday tickets will receive a midweek voucher and customers with Friday and Saturday tickets will receive a voucher good for any day of the week.
Concerts and Special Events – If a concert or special event is cancelled within the first 45 minutes of the performance or prior to intermission, whichever comes first, you may receive a voucher valued at the price you paid Tuacahn for your ticket. This voucher can be used for other Tuacahn productions for up to one year. If a concert is cancelled after the first 45 minutes or during/after intermission, there are no refunds or credits.
In all cases you must be physically present at Tuacahn to be eligible for the inclement weather benefits stated in this policy.
