friendly volunteers greet each bus upon arrival
to offer directions to meal areas, restrooms,
and theatre entrance. |
We
know the size of your group can change, and
we have a flexible payment option for you:
A deposit of $250 per motor coach or group
is due at the time of booking. Final payment
and final count is due 30 days prior to the
performance. Please note that we do not offer
refunds on unused tickets. You may receive
a full refund of your deposit if you cancel
30 days prior to the performance. If a theatre
production is cancelled before intermission
due to rain you will receive a full refund
by mail. No refunds are given for shows cancelled
after intermission.
