Aisle 1 Entry Route


Entry is located on the Tuacahn Cafe dining plaza. Please take the flight of stairs down and turn right to enter the amphitheatre.


Aisle 2 Entry Route


Entry is located on the main plaza through the amphitheatre gate. Please take the second flight of stairs on your left upon entering the amphitheatre.


Aisle 3 Entry Route


Entry is located on the main plaza through the amphitheatre gate. Please take the third flight of stairs on your left upon entering the amphitheatre.


Aisle 4 Entry Route


Entry is to the right of the Box Office on the main plaza. Please follow the back entry into the amphitheatre and take the second flight of stairs to your right when you enter.




If you need wheelchair accessible seating, please enter through aisle 2 and 3.

Account credits if you are sick and unable to attend

For any cancelled performance your choice of a refund, credit or donation will be processed within 14 days of request

When to Stay Home
Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or if you are displaying any of the COVID-19 symptoms as identified by the Department of Health. For more information on refunds see our COVID-19 ticketing policy.

Keep Your Distance
Keep a 6- feet distance on the plaza and common areas. Please adhere to spaced seating plans and always take your allocated seat.

Pay with card
Contactless payment methods are strongly encouraged, so please bring a credit or debit card for onsite purchases.

COVID SAFE THEATRE

Tuacahn Amphitheatre

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, Tuacahn Center for the Arts has introduced a number of new safety measures including:

  • Regular cleaning and sanitizing of publicly accessible areas with approved disinfectant
  • Requiring Face masks that cover your nose and mouth while here at Tuacahn (unless eating or drinking)
  • Hand sanitizing stations are available upon entry and throughout the venue
  • Social spacing indicators around the amphitheatre to help you maintain physical distancing
  • HVAC air scrubbers have been installed to keep the air clean
  • Digital Playbills using QR codes are available in addition to our regular paper booklets.
  • COVID-19 safety training for all operational, frontline and contract staff, as well as on-site COVID-19 Marshals.

    Tuacahn Ampitheatre is closely following all Government health guidelines and will continue to update its policies and procedures as necessary.

    Tuacahn Indoor Hafen Theatre

    COVID-19 TICKETING POLICY

    Seating changes may be required due to the Government directives regarding social distancing. If social distancing is required, Season package holders will be reallocated seating first.
