• ACCESSIBLE SEATING - All of our performances have wheelchair and mobility-assisted seating locations. Patrons have the option to remain in their own wheelchair, or transfer to a cushioned folding seat. Patrons who do not wish to transfer from their wheelchair should request ADA accessible locations when ordering tickets. The Tuacahn Center for the Arts is accessible by wheelchair by ramp on the right side of Amphitheatre stairs or by elevator on the left side of the Box Office.
• ACCESSIBLE PARKING - We offer a Valet service, for a fee, or ADA parking on the right-side entrance close to bus parking.
• ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES - Devices are available for our outdoor Broadway performances. These units are provided free of charge, upon request at the Box Office. Simply exchange your valid driver’s license or other state issued ID, for the unit upon arrival and return unit after the performance to our Gift Gallery to reclaim your I.D.
• AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION - American Sign Language Interpretation is scheduled for one performance of each of our outdoor Broadway shows. Please contact the Box Office for these scheduled performances.
• SERVICE ANIMALS - Registered service animals are permitted in our theatres and must always remain on a leash or in a harness. Service animals are defined as guide dogs, signal dogs or an animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with disability. Emotional Support Animals are NOT allowed in our theatres. Any guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests or employees will be asked to escort the animal off the premises. Please call the Box Office for aisle seating.
