Governor Herbert officially declared September 27th as Tuacahn Day in 2019, and we have planned a series of exciting events to mark this occasion. Wednesday, September 25: Tuacahn Food Drive Help us fight hunger in Utah by participating in our one-day canned food drive at Tuacahn. From morning until evening, bring bags of non-perishable food to donate and receive an incredible incentive: up to four $20 tickets to see the award-winning Broadway musical JERSEY BOYS! Simply use promo code: DONATE20 when purchasing your tickets. Seating will be automatically assigned to the best available seats at the time of purchase. After donating your food, bring your donation receipt to Will Call to pick up your tickets and enjoy an unforgettable night of theatre while making a difference!
Friday, September 27: A Day of Service In honor of Hyrum Smith’s dedication to service, we have organized a full day of giving back to the community. Partnering with organizations such as Neighborhood Connection, Utah Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Youth Futures, SwitchPoint, and the Boys and Girls Club, we invite you to participate in a variety of service projects throughout the day. Don’t forget to capture these moments and share them on social media with the hashtag #TuacahnServes. Additionally, join us at 6:30 PM at Tuacahn to assist with a special service project supporting refugees before the evening performance of Disney’s FROZEN on our outdoor stage.
Saturday, September 28: Gratitude Event at the Saturday Market To cap off our Tuacahn Day celebrations, we’re hosting a special gratitude event as part of the Saturday Market from 9 AM to 1 PM. This is our way of saying thank you to the community for your unwavering support over the years. Enjoy giveaways, music, delicious food, and more, courtesy of our generous sponsors like Jersey Mike’s and Pinkbox Donuts. Come out to support local businesses and vendors while enjoying a fun-filled morning at Tuacahn!
